Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. (TFCF)

The Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth invited 10 international and local NGOs to an MOU signing ceremony on March 15, and TFCF Cambodia Branch Office was one of the invited NGOs. During the ceremony, the Minister reminded the social workers to be aware of their safety and encourage every organization to direct resources and funding to where there could be a real impact. We couldn’t agree with this more, and we had been implementing services and projects based on evidence and the needs of the children and families whom we serve. After the ceremony, the TFCF Cambodia Branch Office donated two tons of rice to both Ministry of Social Affairs and the Phnom Penh Department of Social Affairs Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation. We hoped that the donation could be given to those who need it through the governmental resource network and relieve the families’ stress.
