Oral hygiene is the first line of defense in healthcare, as many oral diseases have been proven to contribute to chronic illnesses and can directly impact quality of life and social interactions. Kyrgyzstan's public health system is lagging, and many people lack awareness of oral health, leading to common issues such as dental caries, calculus, and periodontal diseases, which can have adverse effects on children's health. Recognizing this, TFCF Kyrgyzstan actively promotes oral health education activities and arranges mobile dental clinics in community centers, ensuring that assisted children receive proper dental treatment. The aim is for children to develop good oral hygiene habits and have confident and healthy smiles after treatment.
