Our web site located at http://international.ccf.org.tw/ ("Website") is owned and operated by Taiwan Fund for Children and Families and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "TFCF", "we", "our" or "us"). Please read these online terms of use ("Agreement") before using the Website. "You" and "your" when used in this Agreement includes any person who accesses the Website and submits personal data.

No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.
- We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. - This Agreement is governed by Taiwan law and Taiwan courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or in connection with the Website.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Taiwan Fund for Children and Families and governs your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and TFCF with respect to the Website.
- The failure of Taiwan Fund for Children and Families to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
