Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. (TFCF)

On October 19, 2025, the TFCF Cambodia Center held its grand 10th anniversary celebration in Phnom Penh. We were honored to welcome H.E. Toch Channy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, as our distinguished guest speaker. TFCF Chairman Mr. Bang-Fu Liu, Executive Supervisor Ms. Li-Chen Cheng, Board Member Mr. Lin Tiao-Chin and his spouse, CEO Mr. Ta-Yao Chou, Director Mr. Ching-Min Tsai, and long-term NGO partners also attended.

The event reviewed a decade of continuous service and social impact, and scholarship recipients shared how TFCF’s support transformed their lives.

On October 21, the team visited Ba Phnom District in Prey Veng Province to donate learning equipment to five schools, including 198 sets of desks and chairs, 98 fans, and 30 whiteboards with supply kits. We look forward to the next 10 years of lighting up even more children’s futures in Cambodia.
