Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. (TFCF)

“War may destroy cities, but it cannot destroy children’s dignity and hope.” Guided by this belief, Taiwan, Italy, and Ukraine jointly launched the Rebuilding Childhoods multilateral cooperation program.

With strong support from Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Taipei Representative Office in Poland, TFCF and Italy’s WeWorld Onlus signed a cooperation agreement in Warsaw on September 28. The program focuses on psychological recovery, educational support, and improvements to living conditions, aiming to assist millions of children displaced by the Russia–Ukraine war. This initiative highlights the importance of protecting children affected by conflict and reflects Taiwan’s strong humanitarian commitment.
