In the Kingdom of Eswatini, the Early Childhood Development program focuses on the early detection and treatment of children with developmental challenges. Intensive occupational therapy and speech therapy were provided for 3 children in this quarter. Our social workers work closely with the children’s caregivers and the therapist to track the children’s progress. Furthermore, 12 sessions on early childhood development, children’s rights, positive discipline, and child protection were conducted for community teachers to enhance their skills in working with children.
