Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. (TFCF)

TFCF Philippines was invited to exchange experiences with the international non-profit organization, Center for Asian Mission for the Poor Asia (CAMP ASIA) in Tarlac province on February 2. CAMP ASIA, located in a rural area about 3 hour's drive from the Manila metropolitan area, is committed to empowering women and small farmers in the community. The organization has marketing and market channels and has successfully transformed into a social enterprise. In addition to exchanging service experiences, both sides discussed building sustainable communities and other aspects. After the meeting, we visited chicken coops, mushroom farms, bean processing plants, and other places, and gained much practical experience.
